i have never seen anything as poorly made in my whole life,everything is made of plastic including the jug at the bottom,the warming plate doesnt even keep the liquid luke warm,the swing out filter when swung out for the first time cracked the crappy plastic lid which let even more heat out so the liquid was clap cold.this product was in my house a total of 35 minuets before it was packed up and sent back to amazon.even this review cant describe how bad this product is,AVOID AT ALL COST
Cheap and cheerful but works great and excellent value. Perhaps a little flimsy but a good cup of coffee! Easy to use and keep clean too.
