Excellent product, we found that you should pre-heat the steamer side first before making the cappuccino so that you do not have too long to wait for your coffee when made. Easy clean and makes a really nice cup of coffee, might take a while to get the quantity just right so a bit of practice is called for. Used mostly for cappuccino and hot chocolat for the grand kids.
just received delivery of this machine 'WOW' might be plastic with some steel but it looks brill.
read instructions turned it on flushed it through NOW TIME FOR COFFEE.put supplied filter in ground some coffee beans and switched on, it made gurgling noises then started to steam then more steam then even more steam,i then decided to move it out from under my wall units as it started to degrease places i didn't think there was grease. because of there being so much steam it runs down the back and the side of this front loading machine and forms puddles on your work surface, anyway after about 20 mins the coffee is ready, having used a Morphy Richards Mr Cappuccino 47008 Filter Coffee Maker with Milk Frotherbefore which made filter coffee in about 5 mins i was a little disappointed at having to wait so long for my drink, but disappointment turned to pure happiness at the results using the same coffee beans as i used in the Murphy Richards machine i for the first time at home was enjoying REAL COFFEE as good as if not better than any shop bought, so instead of sending my machine back to amazon i will wipe up the small amount of water from the steam sit down and enjoy the best coffee i have had for years.
having spent so long airing my views on the filter side of this machine wait till you use the other half with coffee pods cannot fault it superb.
